Fuel Auto seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every online order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. We ship via FedEx for all orders. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx. Customs duties and import fees for your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the package(s). You can view a shipping estimate before you place an order or contact us for a quote prior to checkout.

Unfortunately we do not ship to California.

Yes, we ship to all states in the USA except California.

If an item is unopened and unused within 30 days from the purchase date, we offer a 100% refund and satisfaction guarantee. Past 30 days, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed depending on the product. We do not offer returns on used/installed items, however we are happy to assist in the event an item is faulty or warrantable.

All warranties we offer are those of the manufacturer of the aftermarket part. We do not provide any additional warranties or guarantees outside of the manufacturer's expressed policies. If you believe you have a warranty concern, feel free to reach out so we can assist!

Unless otherwise expressed, all products for sale on our website are for off-road use only. We do not provide any guarantees in regards to emissions readiness, factory automotive manufacturer warranty retention, or use in on-highway street-legal vehicles unless noted by ourselves or the aftermarket component's manufacturer.

Although not all parts are street-legal for on-highway vehicles, many parts are. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding usage of products we carry.

There is no one who cares more about taking care of customers than we do. We are enthusiasts who want to help other enthusiasts and make sure you're getting the best products at the best price delivered right to your door. After dealing with a wide array of aftermarket retailers all of our lives, we found that not all care about their customers or getting them taken care of above all else. We decided to start our own shop so we can fulfill automotive needs for people all over the planet!

While we do not offer install services (yet!), we do currently have a shop in use for R&D and testing on our vehicles. In-house work will be a future offer, stay tuned!
