Q: What shipping options are available?

We ship via FedEx for all orders. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx. Customs duties and import fees for your country will vary and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Check with your local customs office for more information. Freight fees will vary depending on what parts are ordered and the size of the package(s). You can view a shipping estimate before you place an order or contact us for a quote prior to checkout.

Unfortunately we do not ship to California.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to all states in the USA except California.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item is unopened and unused within 30 days from the purchase date, we offer a 100% refund and satisfaction guarantee. Past 30 days, a 15% restocking fee may be assessed depending on the product. We do not offer returns on used/installed items, however we are happy to assist in the event an item is faulty or warrantable.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
